Clarinet Music Sheet Problem?

On one of my pieces, there are two marks that I'm not sure of the meaning. One of them is div. in italics above the first measure in the piece.

The second is (I'm pretty sure) a repeat mark. It's two dots that are diagonal of eachother, with a diagonal line between them. It looks like ' / . kind of. I think it is a repeat mark, but what confuses me is the placement.

There's a measure of melody, and then ' / , then four more measures of ' / , !!

What does that mean? Do I repeat the melody once for every mark? So I would do, da da ba da da, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat?

Please Help with both if you can!!Clarinet Music Sheet Problem?
Div. means divisio, that is, to divide the parts in the music (i assume there's a chord) amongst the people who play that part.

The second is a simile mark, indicating that the preceding groups or bars are to be repeated. (so it is sort of like a repeat mark). You repeat it however many times it can fit into the bar/bars.Clarinet Music Sheet Problem?
div means to divide. so there are probably notes with two noteheads in the first measure. you can just play the top one. and about the / thingy, what that is is similar to a repeat. the entire measure is empty except for the / right? if so, what you do for that measure is you play it exactly like the measure before it.
Div mean to subdivde the tempo. like ';1-and-2-and- ...';so on or ';1-e-and-a 2-e-and-a..';

Or the part may be divided by harmony. if so you play one of the notes thats on that beat. Like there might be a G a F and a B (concert pitches) and you play the one you want (or the one that you were assigned.)

and those mean to keep playing the statement that you had before. It will be a very reptative passage.

Hope I could Help :)
