a friend of mine usually just downloads the midi file and converts it to sheet music. it's quite easy. here you can convert midi files online, havent tried it though, dont know what she uses: http://www.8notes.com/midi_sheet_music/ and here you can find a lot of midi files: http://midisite.co.uk/
